IF is free. You don’t need to join our community to fast. But if you’re looking for support from a community of like-minded IFers, we are here for you at

Kim struggled with her weight from an early age and was put on countless diets, beginning as a teenager. Kim’s traumatic childhood led to eating disorders in her adult life. She struggled with both anorexia and bulimia.

In 2003, Kim was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Years of weight gain and loss would follow, and by 2020, she reached her highest weight of 196 pounds.

Kim found Gin and IF through a naturopathic doctor. Kim was desperate to do something about her health, weight, and wellbeing. She began her IF journey with a 19:5 protocol. Kim has lost more than 40 pounds, healed her relationship with food, and feels great!

Kim’s advice: “IF is not a diet; it’s simply timing. Everyone’s IF journey will be different. Read Fast Feast Repeat.”
