Jan is a respiratory therapist. In December of 2019, a close friend invited her to a meeting to learn more about IF and encouraged her to read Delay, Don’t Deny. At this point in her life, Jan had reached her highest weight, and knew she had to do something.
Jan decided to ease her way into the IF lifestyle, gradually adding time to her daily fasts. IF felt immediately different than anything she had tried before, and she knew she’d never return to diets again. By the following July of 2020, Jan had lost 46 pounds, going from 215 to 169, and she feels so good!
Jan has experienced amazing health benefits: decreased inflammation, improved skin, and relief from her Fibromyalgia. Her chronic fatigue has disappeared, and she now has sustained energy. She remarks, “Where would I be if I had not found IF?” IF has also helped her to manage stress, and she feels accomplished living the IF lifestyle.
