Georgia and Lee met through Lee’s Speaking Circles organization.

Georgia did not begin dieting until she was in her 40s, while Lee was always between 30-60 pounds overweight, and tried every diet out there: “I was always either gaining or losing.” Georgia heard about IF through a podcast, and shared it with Lee. They immediately began the IF lifestyle, and felt better right away!

Georgia keeps a regular 18:6 protocol, and has lost 10 pounds. Instead of the scale, she goes by how her jeans fit. She has experienced healing, mental clarity, and lots of energy. Lee feels mental clarity, more physically strong, and less anxious.

Georgia and Lee’s advice to the new IFer: It gets easier–stick with it! It takes time to shift habits. Give IF at least 30 days.
