Lanice is a retired teacher. She shares that she never struggled with her weight until having children, which began the constant search to find the perfect diet. By January of 2019, she had dieted her way up to her highest weight of 150 pounds. At this point, Lanice gave up: “This is it,” she declared, and settled into wearing “big clothes.”

In July of that same year, Lanice came across a Facebook post about Keto, and noticed someone’s comment to read Delay, Don’t Deny. She ordered the book, read it in one night, and began her IF journey right away! Lanice has truly enjoyed the freedom IF has brought to her life. She has lost 18 pounds, and feels amazing.

Lanice’s advice to the new IFer: “The clean fast is so important! Give yourself grace. Ease your way in, and then be consistent. Never give up! Read the books; start with Delay, Don’t Deny and then read Fast Feast Repeat.”
