Margret is a makeup artist and busy mother of three. Margret shares that beginning at age twelve, she began to struggle with her weight.

Over the course of many years, she tried countless diets, shakes, and programs. After having her third child, Margret found herself at 297 pounds. And when she saw herself in family photos, Margret knew it was time to do something.

A friend told her about intermittent fasting, and in August of 2020, she began her IF journey. Margret found the IF Stories Podcast and read Fast Feast Repeat. She eased into fasting, and landed on a 20:4 protocol. She has lost 132 pounds.

Margret has experienced better sleep, calmness around food, and shenow listens to her body: “My body finally gets a seat at the table.”

Margret’s advice: “Do one thing at a time. Don’t conquer the world in the first week. Start slow. It’s important how you speak to yourself. Do IF because you love your body, not because you hate it.”
