Pam is a fitness professional, a health guru, and a hair stylist for the women of her community.
Pam shares that she never had a weight problem, just a consciousness of her weight. After having two children, her weight struggle began. To lose the weight she gained with each pregnancy, she started calorie counting, followed diet programs, and demonized food.
By December of 2020, Pam had reached her highest weight. A friend shared intermittent fasting with her, along with Fast Feast Repeat and the IF Stories podcast. Pam began her IF journey right away, and immediately felt better.
More than two years later, Pam feels her best! She has energy to teach Zumba classes, and to coach women seeking to live the IF lifestyle.
