IF is free. You don’t need to join our community to fast. But if you’re looking for support from a community of like-minded IFers, we are here for you at ginstephens.com/community.

Crystal did not struggle with her weight until after having her first child, after which she had countless years of a variety of diets and diet pills.

After injuring her knees during a workout in 2014, Crystal was unable to walk. When she found herself depressed and suicidal, she sought therapy. This was the beginning of Crystal’s journey to health and well-being.

In January of 2019, Crystal came across Delay, Don’t Deny on Facebook. She knew that intermittent fasting would change her life. By then, she had reached her highest weight of 406 pounds. She was ready to go all in with the IF lifestyle!

Crystal has lost 180 pounds. Her sleep has improved, her blood work is in the normal range, her skin is radiant, and she is no longer pre-diabetic.

Crystal’s advice: “Read Gin’s books. Take it slow. Listen to your body. Join the IF groups. Stay consistent!”
