Kay is a semi-retired nurse. She struggled with her weight from the time she was a teenager. She yo-yo dieted throughout her adult life, losing then gaining weight multiple times. In the 1990s, Kay was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
In 2018, Kay learned of IF and The Obesity Code from her doctor but she was not fasting clean. In 2019, Kay found Delay, Don’t Deny and learned about the science behind the clean fast. Her IF journey then dramatically changed!
Kay finds the health victories far more encouraging than the weight loss. She no longer needs her diabetes and blood pressure meds, decreased her thyroid meds, no longer has acid reflux, and no longer needs her CPAP machine to sleep! Kay has never felt healthier.
Kay’s advice: “Find your goal for IF; don’t just have a goal weight. Give IF the time it needs. You’ll be so glad you did because there are so many rewards!”
