Coco is a filmmaker and writer. She shares that she struggled with her weight from the time she was a young girl. She tried diets and calorie restriction over the years, losing weight then gaining it back. Diets controlled her life.

In her thirties, Coco was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and sought a way to reverse it. She stumbled upon fasting and began her IF journey in November of 2019.

Coco has lost more than 20 pounds and has successfully reversed her diabetes!

Coco’s advice: “Be kind to yourself. Take baby steps until IF is easy. Keep a journal of your IF journey.”
