Austin is a private banker. He shares that he was overweight his entire life but never dieted. His weight climbed to an all-time high of 290 pounds by August of 2022.
Austin discovered IF on the internet and began with a 16:8 protocol. Weight came right off, and Austin eventually settled into an eating window that felt easy and natural.
Austin has lost 65 pounds and his issues with reflux are gone. He will be an intermittent faster for the rest of his life.
